Car Junky Refund & Exchange Policy

All Car Junky products are made‑to‑order. Because each item is custom‑printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color selections
  • Incorrect shipping information

Please double‑check all details before placing your order.


Refund Eligibility

  • Before Production
    Cancel your order for a full refund.
  • After Shipment
    No refunds or exchanges, unless you receive a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@shopcarjunky.com (or via our contact page). Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll make it right.


Store Credit Option

If your item is eligible for a refund, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a direct refund.

Store credit typically reflects the value of your original purchase and can be used toward any future Car Junky order. In some cases, we may include bonus credit as a thank-you for choosing this option.

Your store credit will be issued as a digital code valid for 45 days and can be applied at checkout anytime within that period.
